Our Team

SUCCESS CARE GROUP  provides first Class residential care delivered by trusted, professional and full trained staff. Our experienced team enables us to deliver high standards of professional care, and provide a warm, welcoming family-style environment where our residents are able to move forward at their own pace and abilities.

We provide support that is built around you. Everyone we support is encouraged to take part in as many everyday activities as they can, whatever their needs. The support we provide focuses on giving people as much as control as possible over their life.

Residential Services Tailored, personalised support for people with learning disabilities and Autism, mostly in small, homely settings that allow our trained, friendly and dedicated staff to focus on providing the right amount of support in a relaxed and welcoming environment

Respite and day services Specialist services which offer bespoke support and enablement for individuals who, in addition to their learning disability, have additional support needs associated with autism, challenging behaviour, complex health needs or additional disabilities.

Supported living Innovative support, focussed on supporting people to be as independent as possible within their own homes and in the local community. We support and encourage individuals with household tasks, going shopping and managing money, as well as accessing local facilities like leisure centres and libraries, and fulfilling their education or employment wishes.

Mandatory Training 

SUCCESS CARE GROUP are an experienced provider of supporting people with more complex needs, including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities. We have years of experience of providing the very best support to people in residential care - Our services meet or exceed the standards set by the Care Quality Commission. All team members complete their own comprehensive, in house induction training programme, designed to establish and enhance their knowledge of our organisation, it's roles and responsibilities, mandatory training also, covers key aspects of care including health and safety, infection control, moving and handling, medication and safeguarding

Qualifications We value the skills and expertise of our staff and expertise of our staff by continuing their professional development, with an emphasis on learning disability and mental illness, and providing sipper to achieve nationally recognised qualifications. All our support staff have either achieved a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) to a minimum of level 2 or are working towards the Diplomas in Health and Social Care.
